NAOMI History

Our mission to help others began with a vision from our CEO, Bishop Duane C. Tisdale. Bishop Tisdale looked over his congregation and saw the great need for services to help those in recovery. His unique ministry taught us that we are all recovering from something. Incorporated in 1994 under our parent company “Philio Incorporated,” NAOMI originally started out as a men’s transitional house. After seeing a greater need to service the women of our community, we began to focus on providing services for the female population of Lucas and surrounding counties. After assembling a new Board of Directors, a new direction was given and NAOMI was birthed. New Attitude On My Image (NAOMI) is a faith-based, non-profit organization.
